By attending this training seminar you will discover the meaning of Capacity Management both within the IT organization and the client organization, and prepare for the ITIL Capacity Management Practitioner exam (EXIN) in this 3-day course. Topics discussed in class include Capacity Management goals, scope, activities, cost, benefits, process planning, implementation, and key monitoring elements. You will learn about setting up, managing, and harmonizing the process with other Service Management (SM) processes and work through a practical case study and exercises that will prepare you to define, implement, and support the tools and procedures necessary for measuring and reporting Capacity Management information. A sample Capacity Management certificate exam allows you to experience and experiment with the concepts presented in the class. At the end of the course, students who have already obtained the ITIL Foundation certificate will be able to take the ITIL Capacity Management Practitioner exam accredited by EXIN. You'll Learn:
